Returns:
We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused gear for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns requested after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement of the same item. Gift cards and Special Orders and Non-Refundable. You can initiate your return request at: bsog.myreturnscenter.com
• Returned custom holster colors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Items that are not returned in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• International orders are not eligible for free returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive your order and it is inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Credits may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account).
Exchanges:
We will replace any holster that is found to be defective or damages, for the life of the holster. Please initiate your return at: bsog.myreturnscenter.com
Ordering/Shipping Issues:

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any of our products fail due to defective parts or workmanship, we will replace it for you at no cost. Contact us for an RMA # and ship the product(s) to the address listed below. The warranty does not cover any failures attributed by abuse, mishandling, failure to use as intended, altercations or accidents. In the event that the product(s) can be repaired, we will do so at no additional cost. Warranty claims should be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
