CZ TS 3 Orange: What's New and the Holsters Built for It

CZ showed the TS 3 Orange at IWA in Nuremberg in February 2026. European dealers are already taking orders, and it started shipping to US dealers in September. It replaces the TS 2 Orange as CZ's top Tactical Sport pistol, and this time it's built around a red dot.
We're among the first to offer holsters for it, and they're available now with worldwide shipping. Below is a rundown of the pistol, which divisions you can shoot it in, and every holster and rig we make for it.
What is the CZ TS 3 Orange?
The TS 3 Orange is an all-steel, single-action 9mm race gun. CZ developed it with IPSC World Champion Eric Grauffel for two divisions: IPSC Optics, which became an official IPSC division in January 2026, and USPSA Limited Optics.
The biggest change from the TS 2 Orange is the slide. It's cut to take a red dot directly, with no adapter plate, and it accepts four common footprints: Trijicon RMR, Trijicon RMSc, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and Holosun K. Mounting the dot straight to the slide keeps it lower over the bore, which makes it easier to pick up on the draw.

What changed from the TS 2 Orange
If you shoot a TS 2 Orange, here's what's different:
- Direct-mount optic cut on the slide (the TS 2 Orange was iron sights only).
- New slide with deeper cocking serrations and lightening cuts.
- New steel frame with deeper undercuts on the beavertail and trigger guard, so your hand sits higher.
- Redesigned thumb rest with a taller side plate. The thumb rest and manual safety can be moved to the other side for left-handed shooters.
- The manual safety is angled at 25 degrees to line up with the thumb rest.
- New magwell, new G10 grips, and a magazine release you can set to five positions.
- Updated chamber and a new recessed crown on the barrel.
Those frame and slide changes mean a TS 2 Orange holster won't fit the TS 3. We tested it.

How we made the TS 3 Orange holsters
We 3D scanned the TS 3 Orange and cut a new mold from the scan. The holster covers the factory thumb rest completely, so the gun seats the same way every time and the thumb rest isn't left hanging outside the shell.
Every TS 3 holster is optics ready. Run an RMR, RMSc, DeltaPoint Pro or Holosun K on the slide and it will clear the shell. All styles are right-hand draw and carry our lifetime warranty.

A quick note on holster rules. In IPSC Optics, the holster and all gear have to stay within 50 mm of the belt. In USPSA, the heel of the grip can't sit below the top of the belt, and in Limited Optics the holster can sit out to 3 3/8 in. from the body. The adjustable styles below let you set the gun where your rulebook wants it.
Match holsters for IPSC and USPSA
These are the styles built for IPSC Optics, USPSA Limited Optics, USPSA Limited and Open.
IPSC/USPSA Quick Mount Holster. A spring-loaded button locks the holster to a CNC-machined 6066 anodized aluminum belt attachment and releases it with no tools. Cant and ride height adjust. Fits 1.5 in. competition belts. The belt attachment comes in Black, Blue, Red or 24K Gold.
IPSC/USPSA Quick Mount Ball Joint Holster. The same push-button Quick Mount, with a ball joint added so you can set the angle exactly where you want it. Thumb screws let you fine-tune it.
Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster. An .080 in. Kydex shell on an anodized aluminum belt attachment with a built-in 15 mm spacer that holds the gun at 90 degrees from the body. Retention adjusts with thumb screws, no tools needed. Angle and ride height adjust from the back. Fits 1.5 in. belts. Attachment in Black, Blue or Red.
Pro Ball Joint Competition Holster. An .080 in. Kydex shell on an aluminum ball joint, so you can dial in the angle, plus a 2.3 in. slot for ride height. Fits 1.5 in. competition belts. Adjustment tool included.
Pro Competition Holster. A drop and offset holster with an aluminum thigh spacer that holds the gun at 90 degrees. Ride height, angle and retention all adjust. Fits 1.5 to 1.75 in. belts. A good choice for USPSA, IPSC and 3-Gun.
Range, practice and everyday holsters
The TS 3 Orange isn't legal in any IDPA division, so the IDPA-named styles aren't match holsters for this gun. They sit close to the body at belt height, which a lot of shooters like for dry fire, practice days and range sessions.
IDPA Quick Mount Holster. The same Quick Mount system and aluminum attachment as the IPSC/USPSA version, set up for a lower, closer ride with a raised lower support that angles the gun away from your leg.
Pro IDPA Competition Holster. An .080 in. Kydex holster at 90 degrees, with plastic tabs that fit belts from 1.5 to 2.25 in. Retention adjusts with Phillips screws.
Quick Release Paddle, Quick Release Belt Loop and Quick Release IDPA. Male and female adapter mounts let you pull the holster off without taking off your belt. The cant adjusts all the way around, one locking tooth at a time. The paddle version fits belts from 1.5 to 2.25 in.
OWB Paddle Holster. A simple polymer paddle with a plus or minus 30 degree cant and adjustable retention. Fits belts up to 2 in. wide and slips on and off without undoing your belt.
Complete rigs
Pro Competition Rig. A Pro Competition Holster, a Pro HD Competition Belt (1.5 in. wide, hook and loop inner and outer belt) and four ambidextrous magazine pouches. Belt sizes from Small (26 to 28 in.) to XX-Large (40 to 44 in.).
Champagne Series Limited Edition Competition Rig. A Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster, a Pro Heavy Duty Competition Belt, three ambidextrous magazine pouches and a universal magnetic magazine carrier, finished in our limited Champagne Series look.
