Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any of our products fail due to defective parts or workmanship, we will replace it for you at no cost. Contact us for an RMA # and further instructions. The warranty does not cover any failures attributed by abuse, mishandling, failure to use as intended, altercations or accidents. In the event that the product(s) can be repaired, we will do so at no additional cost. Warranty claims should be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost hardware is not covered under warranty. This includes, retention screws and spacers. Please visit our Hardware Replacement Section for replacement parts.
