This is my second purchase and I love the Black Scorpion Products however, with this review, I will repeat a previous customers caution, remove and use “Locktite” on the holster fasteners as soon as you take possession of your purchase. I too had the unpleasant experience of having one of the screws coming loose and causing my $1,800.00 pride and joy falling onto the blacktop range lane while shooting.
I love my Black Scorpion holsters. I will buy from you again.
But… I’m going to use this opportunity to admonish you guys. It’s absolutely absurd that you ship out brand new holsters that fall apart the first time they’re used because the screws were not secured properly. Ever heard of Locktite???
If it’s up to the customer to retighten & reinforce the screws as soon as the receive your product then you should put a warning label on your holsters. Two consecutive competition holsters fell apart the first time I used them.
I learned my lesson. But I still love my holsters even though my $1500 competition 9 mm fell into the dirt off my hip.
:-) Just saying it the way it is boys.
the gear is all of high quality, the price is great will be ordering one or 2 more mag pouches this week
I am very pleased with the quality of the competition holster I recently purchased. The fit of the kydex is perfect and adjustable and the hanger is heavy duty but light weight metal. The only slight issue I have is the kydex is a little harsh on the finish of my Glock 17, but again that is a minor issue. I highly recommend.
Fits the gun well. Adjustable mounts for an easy draw and looks great to boot. What’s not to like?
