Excellent quality, great for duty
I have been looking for a OWB paddle holster for some time. I ordered this QD paddle holster for G45 w/TLR 1.
The paddle and ability to adjust cant is the best features. How ever I expected some slight retention around the light. The pistol rattled around in the holster. I tightened the tension screws a little at a time. As a test I held the holster upside down and it slid out.
Immediately applied for a return label.
I know Black Scorpion caters to competition shooting but after reading the description of this holster I expected the holster to do its job. The search goes on.
Canik with light holster
I’m very happy with the holster. The G40 MOS fits well and feels sturdy. It’s a better product than I was expecting. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is just lack of time with it. I can’t speak to its longevity but it feels like the kind of quality that should last me longer than I need it to. Would definitely buy again. I almost went with some more expensive options and glad I didn’t. I am sure I’ll get another holster, for a different piece, here.
