It's always nice to have extra parts for a holster when you're out on the range all day.

Good quality holster but it fell apart in the middle of the first match it was used in because no Locktite had been used on the screws. The holster flopped apart and the screws fell out and were lost in the dirt. I ordered new hardware (2 sets so I had spares). I called the company and was told that the holster was under warranty, but there was no effort to reimburse me for the hardware kits that I just ordered and paid for. Poor customer service. I put the holster back together with Locktite!!

Love the products but website and solving problems when things go wrong is a real blind spot.

I received the wrong order multiple times. In a few cases I was ordering replacement screws and had difficulty finding and ordering the correct skew. Partly on me and partly non intuitive website and confusing customer service.

Another time they just didn't send me my order. In all cases it required me to return product etc. just a hassle that should be easier.

I like the product however so deal with the hassle.

I was playing basketball wearing this holster and I noticed the screws fell off. I checked the website and they had the prefect replacement for me. Ordered it that night and it showed up a few days later and was just what I wanted.
