Springfield Armory Echelon OWB Paddle Holster
Unable to put the pistol in the holster. Backed off tension screws but then the bushings weren’t wide enough. The holster doesn’t fit properly at the muzzle end and the pic rail. The trigger guard doesn’t fit it properly either. There is no click or feel of any proper fit. The worst fitting holster I purchased. Requested they look at the holster that I returned and build me a holster that fit properly. The other holsters I have purchased from them for other pistols fit good. Called 2 customer service Reps and was told they would contact me… no responses… just order another one and see if that works one rep. said…sent them a detailed video of the fitment issues… nothing?
Good quality holster, retention is perfect and the price is right.
Solid holster and good fit for the 502. My only complaint would be that the kydex rolls a hair into the undercut, so if it's in the way of a good high grip. Nothing a little time with the dremel won't rectify.
